Dear Steve,

My apologies for writing to you sooner, I have only just caught my breath after a very busy July and I find myself busily helping with The Broadway event and have not yet written to you!

I just wanted to thank you on a personal note for all your support and assistance over the 4 day Its Magic Weekend, it was a pleasure to work with you and refreshing to have a fellow anorak who loves to dot the i’s and cross the t’s when it comes to Health & Safety. The event went extremely well and I really appreciated the fact that I could at any point during the weekend speak to you about any concerns relating to the Hospitality area.

I have received so many positive comments on the event and although people highlight service & food it’s the area’s that are not seen that ensure the smoothness of the event. If we get that right it always makes for an easy service when dealing with the public as I am sure you are aware.

I look forward to seeing you at The Broadway event and am sure that Its Magic will continue its links with Rana Risk Management in the future.
